Tickets system

Hello. I am interested in the ticket system to support you have.

I have a question. I need that every ticket created what can only see a designee, and other support managers can not see it. For example: Professional one can only see the tickets created by users A, B and C.

Professional 2 can only see tickets created by users D, E and F ...

It is possible?

You could create different categories and staff members with access to just those categories.

So for example create user "Staff A" and give him access to "Category A". Create user "Staff B" and give him access to "Category B" only. Then user Staff A cannot read tickets inside Category B and vice-versa.
