Custom Field

Dear,

I need to do a little customization.
I would like to add a new status to tickets where only administrators can edit them.
And it can be viewed by all.

Status:
1 - Nulled * Default
2 - Accept
3 - Reject

Can anyone tell me how can I do?

There should be a post around here (or using the official KB) explaining how to add custom status.
Me dont think its within "the scope of this forum and support" that the boss is going to add this in Hesk or providing code for it :roll:
