Not all staff see all calls

Hi

when i log into the helpdesk as Myself i can see all calls that are logged, but the Admin user and other staff only see a select few call's, do i need to change something for them all to see what i see?

On the "Users" page check all users - click the "Edit" icon and make sure they have access to all categories and see if they have permissions to see unassigned tickets and tickets assigned to others.
