Ticket status link in customer autoresponse not working

In the autoresponse email that a customer receives after submitting a new ticket, the link which starts with "You can manage this ticket here" should open up the new ticket. Instead, it leads to a generic "Search Help" page. The link "View existing tickets" is not working or does not return any result.

This is a problem with your "Help desk URL" setting:

1. go to admin panel > Settings > Help Desk tab

2. set "Help desk URL" to exactly this:

Code: Select all

http://130.211.135.29/hesk
3. click "Save changes" at the bottom

This should fix the issue in all future emails.
