I have recently installed HESK and since we're in Romania I have translated it in Romanian following the instructions on the HESK website (downloaded file, translated right section, in code). Now, I have two problems, but one in particular is big enough to make me reconsider HESK and all the translation work.
I have also translated the text inside the email files sent by HESK automatically (the .text files in language/en/emails), uploaded them, and it still sends the emails in English.
What have I done wrong?
I have triple checked the files, both with filezilla and in cpanel, and the text is in Romanian, but the automatic responses are still unchanges.
Anyhelp is much appreciated
ps. the second problem si that chunks of texts, although translated, still appear in English, but luckily not so much in the customer interface.

Hello again. I will answer this myself. After struggling for a couple of hours to find a reasonable explanation, and narrowing it down to my incompetence, i have finally found the answer. I had translated the files directly in the en folder, and I thought this was the problem, but after testing with creating a new /ro folder in the language folder and adding the italian official translation besides in in a third, /it folder, I have noticed i couldn't check the text.php and got a 500 server error. Besides, inside HESK, it only showed english. After a big discussion with the hosting support team, it seems that they are stupid and when they have migrated the domain and subdomain by merging it with another account (yesterday) they didn;t keep the file structure. and the suport folder with hesk was created inside the public_html folder of the main site (as a duplicate) instead of keeping it in the folder of the addon domain where it should have been. And since they kept it in there as well, with all of the hesk files, this is where I was doing the mod and this is why it wasn't working.
