I was using Hesk on another site that I run, and it works great. I just installed it on another site, and got this error when I went into the settings and tried to save changes on the admin side.

You don't have permission to access /esupport/admin/admin_settings_save.php on this server.

The installation went okay, both this site and the other site are from the same hosting company.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled into a new directory, with a new database name, and same error.

Everything else seems to function.

Hmm, this is a server-side error so something on the server is blocking access.

Do you have access to any server error log files (for example apache and php error log files)?

Now I cannot access this saving the settings page on my first website - I could do this BEFORE the lastest upgrade.

I get this error when trying to save to the settings page:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /esupport/admin/admin_settings_save.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I did not have any issue before.

Issue fixed...this is from Greengeeks:

Yes, I have disabled rule 340162 of ModSecurity for your account.
It was the root of issue. Please check it now.

Thanks!
