can't view 'Resolved, In Progress or On Hold' tickets

Have Hesk 2.6.1 installed with Mods for Hesk installed. We can no longer view any tickets that have been marked with Resolved, In Progress or On Hold. The tickets are still there and if you have the Tracking ID you can see them but when you click the buttons to show the tickets in the main window, the buttons then just return to unchecked and the tickets don't appear. Tickets marked new, Waiting reply or Replied can be visible or hidden as normal.
