How do I add non staff users

Hi,

I would like to know if its possible to add non staff users as I would like to set the system up so that only a select few can actually log tickets.

Currently if I set users up they are staff, which doesnt work for me, I just need them to be standard users

You can add only staff account because HESK was actually *designed* NOT to use or require end user accounts.
