Notify staff mail, new ticket

Hello,
It looks like that I don't get a new ticket arrive mail. The customer is receiving the mail good.
What could this be? I'am using the BETA

found it! It was the notification settings.
But wenn i select them they wont get selected wenn saving.
This for al the user profile settings.
Hesk settings will be saved.

Can you explain exactly what is happening (on what page, exactly what are you trying to do, what should happen and what happens)?
What version of PHP are you running?
Do you have register_globals ON or OFF in PHP settings?

When i'am triying to select some option in my profile notifications and whant save it. But it wont hold my settings. Other Hesk settings works OK.

Try uploading final 2.6.0 files, close all browser windows then try again - does it work then?

That did the trick! Its a Mods for HESK issue!
