No notifications when piping

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: piping notifications

No notification is sent to Hesk Users when a ticket is created by piping. Is this normal?
Notifications are sent when the ticket is created from a form, but not after a direct reply from the client.

No, tickets by email create same notifications as via the form.

Note though that if a ticket is assigned to a staff member, only he/she will receive notifications, not all staff.

thanks for the clarification.
Unfortunately it looks like there is a problem with my installation, but I don’t know how to find a solution.
Any suggestions?

It could be so many different things it's hard to just guess.

Does it work if you set "Send email using: SMTP Server" in HESK settings "Email" tab and use a real email account for HESK to send emails? (make sure you enter the same email address as in SMTP settings also for the ""From:" email" setting on the "General" tab)
