Hello Everyone,

It's been identified that the two official admins for our HESK ticket system are not receiving notifications when tickets are closed.

Would this work for for my version of HESK and is would I need to edit or change any other particular files for this to work for me?

HESK doesn't send notifications of closed tickets to staff/admins, only notifications of new tickets and staff replies to tickets.

To notify admins of closed tickets you will need to modify the source code yourself (or hire a PHP developer) as such modifications are out of the scope of my support.
