Hello guys,

I'm new here, so maybe it's a nOOb question.. I searched this forum, but no luck..
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to start (admin page) with the 'show all options' closed?
So if I'm logged in, I really like to get the abillity to click on 'Show all options' instead of 'Show less options'

Try this:

1. open admin main page
2. under "Options" select "Make this my default view"
3. click "Less options"
4. click "Show tickets"

But can I set this default setting for everyone in some way?

There is no built-in way of doing it.

An unofficial and unsupported way would be to edit user profiles in the MySQL database directly - copy your "default_list" value in table hesk_users and paste the same vale to all users.
