new tickets can not be send more than 8 technicians

Hello,

I'm testing the new beta version, I will return soon on my tests.

but now, I encounter a problem with the latest version 2.5.5
I have eight technicians assigned to a category.
When a new ticket arrived, all the technicians receive an email for information. Ok it's work.

when I added a 9th technician in the category, no one receives mail to inform a new ticket arrived

Answer notifications work properly

HESK doesn't have any such limits built in.

Perhaps your server is blocking email sent to too many recipients?

I solved my problem, thank you for your reply. it was a timeout problem in paramletter email.
