Email notification for 'Add Note'

Is there a way to configure Hesk so that internal notes on the tickets generate an email to the assigned person on a ticket?
I know that 'Add Reply' sends an email to the ticket customer. I want to notify our staff.

This feature is available since HESK 2.5.3
What version are you using?

Where is the setting?
HESK version: 2.5.5 - HESK is up to date
PHP version: 5.3.3 (MySQLi)
MySQL version: 5.1.73

On your "Profile" page under "Notifications" make sure you have "Someone adds a note to a ticket assigned to me" checked.
Then, when a staff member adds a note to a ticket assigned to you, an email notification will be sent.
Similarly, when you add a note to a ticket assigned to someone else, he/she will receive a notification if he/she has that setting checked.

I need the notification mails send as well when the ticket is not assigned to me, as there are many staff adding notes and we need updated with these any short hack for this maybe ? (ie make source not check assigned to me part)
