Merge Tickets how to?

Hi, I see we can allow merge tickets in user profiles but for the life of me I don't see how to? Is there a paper on this?

In the list of tickets select tickets you would like to merge then below the list of tickets instead of "Mark selected tickets Resolved" select "Merge selected tickets" and click the "Execute" button.
