Additional Column on Home Page

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional column on the home page of the HESK software? I would like to add the ticket number next to the "Tracking ID" column. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You will need to modify the source code to achieve this, for example similarly to here (but with different variables):
viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4985
The good news is version 2.6.0 will have an easy way to choose what fields to display in the ticket list.
