hi, I'm just setup hesk and try to do some customization.
how to add 2 multiple/different email address in one ticket for user? (e.g. 1st email is for user and 2nd email is for supervisor/HOD for approval/monitoring purpose. both of them will receive notification email)

Unfortunately staff with 2 email addresses are not supported in HESK.

You will need to modify the logic at least in files manage_users.php and profile.php to achieve this, but possibly also elsewhere.
