Assigning tickets

HESK:
Is it possible to alert all Users when a new ticket is created?
Then once one of them logs in and views this ticket is assigned to them?
Then when any other agents logs in and views this ticket it will say that it is already assigned to "X User"?

You can disable the "Auto-assign tickets" feature (admin panel > Settings > Help desk tab) and all users will be notified of new tickets.

A ticket can then be assigned by clicking the "Assign to me" link or replying to a ticket, simply viewing it does not suffice.
