About Hesk Notification Email on Resolved Status

Why is it that the email notification for "Your Support Request Has Been Solved And Your Ticket Is Now Closed" is gone in version 2.5.5 how to fix this and place it back in the updated version because i like this functionality. Please help me how to add it like version 2.4.2 resolved ticket email notification.

This was never a feature of HESK, it must be something you coded yourself (or someone did it for you)?

I think e-mail notification for solved ticket is in to do list and this will be great. Also in auto closure ticket.
