What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Once we've upgrade version from 2.5.3 to 2.5.5
We tired to run script hesk_pop3.php has got error.
"Error: Could not get the statistics: Server Unavailable. 21"

We've check Email setting on web and test run POP3 connection return "Success: Connection successful!"

Please help to advise what should we do.

Turn Debug mode to ON in HESK settings (admin panel > settings > Help desk tab > Features > Debug mode: ON), save changes then open hesk_pop3.php in browser. What message do you get?

I get msg below.

Connected to the POP3 server "exchange.xxxxxx.xxx".
User "phattarawut.s" logged in.
Error: Could not get the statistics: Server Unavailable. 21

exchange.xxxxxx.xxx- >Our exchange Name (POP3 Host)
phattarawut.s -> My POP3 Username

I make sure my exchange name, username and password are correct.

This appears to be due to a bug in Exchange 2010 setup and needs to be fixed by modifying Exchange config.

We ask system team about exchange, Now we use exchange 2013 and configuration on exchange are correct on both Microsoft.Exchange.Pop3.exe.config and Microsoft.Exchange.Imap4.exe.config

Now we tried to use other mail server not server in our compay, script Hesk_php3.php is working fine.

If it works fine for other POP3 servers then it's not a firewall problem, but most likely configuration issue. Your server us returning an error after initial login (the "Server Unavailable. 21" is an error message sent by your server).

One thing you can try is to use "domain\username" for username and see if that helps.

We try to run Microsoft exchange pop3 backend service is working now, for this service appear on exchange 2013 only. Default this service is manual.
