it's possibile to request new feauture: e-mail to customer when ticket is automatically closed?

It's on the "to do" list, yes, but can't really say when it will be added.

one feature request is sub-categories & importing knowledgebase articles and insert them into a ticket :)

( Sub-categories to enable following format (for example)

Hardware >Telephone, Computer, etc
Software > MS Office, Photoshop, etc )
