Attachments on Reply to Tickets not being added to original

Hi Guys,
This is my first time using HESK. Everything is working fine except when I reply to a ticket with an attachment. I am using POP setting to create the tickets. If I send an email to my support@<domain>.com with an attachment it creates the ticket and loads the attachment in HESK. If I send an email to support@<domain>.com without an attachment it creates the ticket. All good so far. If I reply to a ticket with only content it adds to the correspondent ticket the additional information. All good so far. Here is the issue. IF I reply WITH an attachment that complies with size and type (i.e. extension) it does not load the attachment to the corresponding ticket. It is no where to be found the attachment. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I do notice that it fetches using the POP but it does not appends to HESK at all for that ticket. Thank you for your help.
