Hi,
When upgrading from 2.3 to 2.5.3, what happens to the form I created? I noticed "submit_ticket" is replaced in this upgrade. Form is quite long and I do not want to make anther if I don't have to.

If you modified any of the source files, any changes you made will be lost.

If you created custom fields using HESK settings (no changes to source code files), all those will remain intact.

In any way, make sure you backup old files and database before upgrading.
