What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: email, subject, spam, junk

This is a feature request that I believe would be helpful for more people: Many email providers mark spam and junk in the subject line, like "*****SPAM*****" or "*****JUNK*****" It would be a great enhancement if HESK could be configured to skip fetching these emails (don't delete them since they could be false positives). That way the spam senders would not receive a ticket confirmation - which would only tell them that the email address is working.
It could also be useful to check headers, for example if there is "X-Spam-Flag: YES".
The spam could then be sorted out and, if people wish, browsed manually if there is any wrongly catagorized message.
If the pattern for sorting our subjects can be more complex, you could also filter out "Out of office" etc.
Thank you!
