I have just installed Hesk on my server and set up POP3 email polling. There were already a couple of support queries in the POP3 account which imported successfully into Hesk, however when the hesk_pop3.php script was ran again it imported a duplicate of those emails. Each time it did this, a notification email was sent to my customer who is now annoyed having being bombarded with emails this morning. How can I resolve this issue?

Your server needs to delete emails after they are sent via POP3, or they will be sent to HESK over and over again (if you have "Leave a copy on the server" setting enabled, try disabling it).

Is there a way of disabling notifications which come in via email?

I would ideally like to keep emails as emails (inbound and outbound) but deal with them through hesk.
