Is it possible to do a search by owner name that is assigned to the?
I'm not worth the option of ordering tickets by owner and then search among thousands of tickets.
need to search for owner and I only go tickets assigned to him.

No, that is currently not supported (you can only search within tickets assigned to you, but not assigned to someone else).

I'm afraid modifications of such extent are out of the scope of my support. You will need to find and make proper modifications yourself or hire a developer.
