No image file on downloaded zip file

Version of script: mboard121
This looks great for my club's juniors but ...
Seems to be no images directory on the zip file ? Where, please could I get this ? Presume this only impacts the smileys ?
Also the prgram cannot "find" the en.php file although it's there and has contents not altered from downloaded file
.
