Even though Hesk 3 will be available somewhere in the yet unknown future ,and there will be some 2.x before, how about a list of features / suggestion for it? Like the (locked) thread above here?
(Even if there are already planned by Master Klemen)

Possible Features:

• Template System
• Group/Role Permissions for ACP
• Transfer settings to DB and leave only db-connection in *.php
• Category Manager (as described -> here)
• Preview for creating / editing KB-articles in ACP (!!) (as described -> here)
• Send PM to more than 1 staff-user (as described -> here)

I honestly don't have a full list of features that will be in 3.0.

Suggestions are welcome, but that thread is locked for a reason: please post suggestions here.

I don't respond much at the uservoice forum, but that is the first place I go when deciding what features will be added to HESK. It's much easier to follow than having XY forum posts

if anyone knows a top-notch user interface designer/firm feel free to send me a link in a private message.

And I mean a really great one, even if expensive
