Hello,

How can we set the default ticket category when users creates a new ticket via email piping?

Can this be set depending on which email address the ticket is submitted to?

For example:

An email to sales@example.com will be assigned to "Sales" category
An email to support@example.com will be assigned to "Support" category

It's not supported by HESK, but see here for a few ideas:
