How to Change Title From Resolved To Replied

Using Versaion 2.2 for now.

Was wondering how to change the ticket status label from Resolved To Replied. Customers are thinking that after we reply to the ticket we are marking them resolved. We are just removing them from the list when we log in to show that they are replied.

All the text used by HESK is located inside "language/en/text.php", you can edit it inside.

But you should really upgrade to the latest version as it lets you select what tickets to show on the main admin screen by default so there would be no need to mark them resolved to hide them.
