editable $subject

I would like to be able as an admin to change the subject of messages. The way we use the system now is that each client gets one tracking id and all his or her posts are kept under that number. Now I would like to be able to give each message a sensible meaning.
(it is not our idea of doing it this way, but our clients tend to respond to old messages from us instead of typing a new message.)

Are you trying to change the *email* subject or the actual ticket subject?

Ticket subject:
Open ticket from admin panel and click the edit icon (the pencil icon) in the top right corner of ticket head (right of "Tracking ID" and above "Change status to" select box with the "GO" button).
