I love the hesk software. I want to modify the code so that anyone designated as an ADMIN will receive email updates. We only have 3 admins and we all work together on the projects.

It would be perfect if all ADMINS receive an email for New Tickets, Replies to tickets, and when the ticket closes.

Any idea on what I would need to change in order to make this happen??
