Hello I in October remain unfulfilled tickets. At the end of the month I'm doing a report and see completed 97 tickets and 5 are not performed. When I do a 5 outstanding in November, when you close the ticket goes to report in October, November and need. What to do?

Sorry, but I do not understand what you mean. Please try explaining exactly what happens and what you expect to happen.

I want that in the report in a month there were tickets which closed this month. Now if tickets are open in October, when closing in November - the ticket will be closed in October

To do that you would need to for example add another column to the tickets table and save the date ticket was closed there. This would require editing the source code beyond the scope of my support.

Not quite sure where to add a column? reports.php? export.php? Can please describe?

In the database structure then modify several files to make it work.

As said, I am afraid I do not provide support/instructions for such changes, you will need to do them yourself or hire a programmer.
