I WOULD LIKE A REFUND NOW. YOU GUYS ARE FRAUD, AND DON'T EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. YOU AREN'T A REAL COMPANY. IF YOU WERE, YOU'D HAVE A LEGIT REFUND SELECTION FOR PEOPLE WHO UNSUBSCRIBE/CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNT. FALSE ADVERTISING AS WELL ON OTHER LEGIT WEBPAGES. YOUR OFFERS ARE FRAUD. I JUST UNSUBSCRIBED. NEXT STEP IS TO REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL.

Obviously you are unhappy with something, but you are complaining to the wrong website.

HESK/PHPJunkyard provide free software that can be downloaded freely and anonymously and is used on thousands of websites I do not have any control over.

If the person who tricks you uses a computer with Windows operating system, you do not complain to Microsoft, do you?

So:

1. contact the website you made the payment to for a refund. You did not make any payments to hesk.com or phpjunkyard.com

2. if you cannot contact them, you can always ask your credit card company to do a chargeback

3. if you believe you are victim of fraud, report it to your law enforcement agencies (police)
