Resolve Tickets Only By Main Administrator

Hi Klemen,

I am working with more people (administrators), but since a while some of them need to be "guided" What I mean is, that I need to check their work before they resolve the customers ticket. I was hoping that you have an easy solution to make sure that I can check the other administrators if needed. A sort of supervision status. They should not be able to close their tickets. I will do that for them or I would give them permission to do so.

I found this: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4571#p20238 but it does not help me.

No quick solution I'm afraid. You would need to change behavior of HESK in at least these files:
admin/admin_reply_ticket.php
admin/admin_ticket.php
admin/change_status.php
admin/delete_tickets.php

I will consider adding an "Can mark tickets resolved" permission for staff members to the future versions though.

Unfortunately I am not a coder. I wish I was. I would have given you the code and I would have solved this issue. Maybe there is somebody willing to share this?
