What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: timezone, wrong time, wrong time email

Write your message below:
Hi,
just made many tests and read documentation about timezone, but I didn't solve my problem.
I setup in configuration panl a +9h time offset.
Tickets times are correct but email timezone is wrong: received email have a +9hours in mail receive time.

Just tried to directly send an email with mail php function, and mails have the correct receive time

This is the test:

**** HESK TEST ****
ticket sent at 09:16
ticket time in hesk: 09:16
time offset in settings: +9h

mail receive time 18:16 (+9 hours in the future)

Try this:

1. open file "inc/email_functions.inc.php" in a text editor

2. find

Code: Select all

hesk_date()
3. replace with

Code: Select all

date(DATE_RFC2822)
Do this twice in the document!

4. save, upload and test.

Did this help?
