creating ticket by email

Your forum dont making search by "email ticket", thats why i ask. May be not a first time. Sorry if... 
Thanx to programmers for hesk, first of all.
Trouble:
E-mail piping is ON; POP3 fetching is ON, pop3 test is ok.
I send a messages to email (email from fetching settings) and nothing works. How to create tickets from email?
