sending answer through email

hi,

is there any way to send the reply made in admin panel in the email too?

at the moment the customers get only this

Our staff has just replied to your ticket "reseller".

is there any way to include the reply too?

Yes, you can modify email templates to contain the message by adding %%MESSAGE%% into the email template.
