I have been asked to look into the possibility of adding a CC to the new_reply_by_staff, so that messages to ticket openers can have their supervisor copied on the email. Is that an easy thing to add in?

You will need to modify email functions inside the "inc/email_functions.inc.php" file to achieve this.

Unfortunately such modifications are out of the scope of my support, so you will need to tackle it yourself or hire a developer.

I could do with that feature too. Perhaps we could get together and hire someone to do it?
