Is there a way to resend the email which gives out the tracking id plus the link to view the ticket?

I have had some people who don't check their email to later or say they accidentally deleted it and was wondering how and if i could resend it?

Resending it is not supported by HESK (yet), but if you reply to the ticket as staff they will receive a notification.
