Combine tickets together

I am getting a number of customers who are impatient, creating three or four tickets at a time, asking for replies before I can get back.

Is there a way to move tickets and/or combine them? For instance, I have somebody that I wrote a message to and instead of replying to the current ticket, they opened up a brand new ticket and gave their reply there. Why? I have no idea. :roll:

STill, is there a way to combine tickets, so that I can stay organized?

In the ticket list select tickets you wish to combine, below tickets on the right side select "Merge selected tickets" and click the "Execute" button.
