Hi

Wonder if anyone know if you can show one users all open/closed cases anyware in Hesk?

Maybe better explaination...

1. One user registrate a helpdesk case in Hesk.
2. I login and open thelpdesk case.
3. In the case do I want to see users all cases (Maybe on all status mode we have).

Can I do that there? or anyware else? or do I have to develop this function.

That's not something supported with Hesk.

To do this reliably you would need to use customer account - something Hesk was designed specifically not to use.

You can however try searching for other tickets from the same email address or name on the main admin page (Find a ticket form).
