Hi,

I am à HESK user for à year right now. And it is a perfect system. There is only one thing i want. I want to also use it in my 2 gsm repair shops. But in order to use it, there is one thing i need. I give all of my customers a repair ticket looks like this:

If i click on the print button in a ticket, i also see ip adresses and that kind of info, i want useless info removed and i want the shop logo on it. And it must fit on my coupon/ticketpaper.

Is it possible to archive this? If yes, wich file do i need to edit?

To achieve this you will need to modify the HTML and PHP inside the "print.php" file.

I'm afraid such customizations are out of the scope of my support, so you will need to either tackle with it yourself or hire a PHP coder for help.
