Hello Klemen,
My second question is about the backup.
My Hesk works on XAMP.

Am i correct that i only need to backup:
/mysql/data/heskdatabase -> database
and
/htdocs/hesk -> application

After it i will be able to recover the HESK on another server....

Correct, everything is stored in the application folder and the database.
