POP3 Fetching - Error: Can't Execute SQL

Hosting company: Self Hosting - IIS 7

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: POP3 SQL - Returned Zero

I have setup Hesk 2.4.2 and working great. Except for POP3 fetching.

Using IIS7. Our private internal server.
When running /hesk/inc/mail/hesk_pop3.php I get an error stating:

ERROR:
Can't execute SQL
Please notify webmaster at xxxxxx

Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix?

Could you turn Debug mode to ON (admin panel > Settings > Help Desk tab > Features > Debug mode: ON) and see what exact error message you get then?

Thank you for the advice.
I Turned debugging mode on...
It appears an email had a subject line too long. I have deleted that email and it is now working.
Is there a way to increase the allowable subject line length? Not a big deal if not possible.

That's been fixed in 2.5.0 which is currently still in beta, but the final version should be released in the following weeks.
