Hello.

I installed HESK. All working normal except know Knowledgebase. I enter in admin panel, click on icon "Knowledgebase" and see empty page only with menu in top. How it fix?

Do you get any other error messages if you enable debug mode (Admin panel > Settings > Help desk tab > Features > Debug mode: ON)?

Also check if you have "JavaScript" enabled in your browser. KB only works with it.

I am using Google Chrome and I think Javascript is enabled by default.
