Help some question !

Hi everybody,
I want to have feature on hesk :
i have 2 category : Cat A and Cat B
1 user : User 1
When User 1 create a ticket , it will 2 option. If User 1 is member Cat A and Cat B. He will view this ticket (ticket created by himself).
But if User 1 is member Cat A, not Cat B. When he creates a ticket send to Cat B, he wont view this ticket (ticket created by himself)

This is already available - you can limit what users have access to what category on the "Users" page. Make sure you select "Administrator: NO" in user details to be able to assign functions and categories (administrators have access to all categories).

But if a Staff want to create a ticket to another Category . He will not view himself. So, how to know status and respond for that ticket ?

how to staff create a ticket, he's alway view that ticket?

HESK just doesn't work that way - if you want a staff to see the ticket, he needs access to the category.

Worked with different ITS like [censored_to_not_get_banned :P ] and its the same.
If staff wants to view/edit/reply to tickets within a department/category he needs acces to it.

You'd have to modify quite some HESK code - not something we can help with as it's out of the scope of this support forum.
