I have the following problem:

for 4 days are always the same 3 mails in HESK. every 2 minutes (exactly) there is a new thread. the mailbox is not accessed. these mails are not available in the mailbox. a server reboot has not helped.

what can i do?

Perhaps spammers are automatically submitting forms?
