pop3 fetch -> reply bij support

Is it posible that wenn someone from support replys to and email that the user receives an email supporter have answerd you ticket? This wenn using the pop3 fetching methode.

Do you mean if a customer receives an email notification when staff replies to a ticket? Has already sends out email notifications of new replies to customers (and assigned staff members when customer replies).

Indead ..

So wenn the customer reply's i receive a email notification with Customer replyed

And wenn is reply directly to that mail the customer received a e mail with the Supporter replyed

All emails exept the one from the Suporters are customer mails.

Sorry, but I am not sure what you are asking? HESK should already send these emails, if you aren't receiving them you probably have problems with email delivery?
