New CCount links opening click.php?id=1

Managed to get the admin page working after deleting the session checking code as suggested. Able to get the clicks.txt and ids.txt to accept values, links can be added to admin page. I have changed the links on the actual page to point to the new links. Now when I click the link that's supposed to be tracked, it links and opens click.php?id=1 or click.php?id=2 and that's it. No link back to the original, no count.

Checked my paths, checked my security (might not be correct, but is writting to ids.txt and clicks.txt)

I will provide any addtional info you need that I can supply. I could not provide a php.ini file, it's secured access.
